At Little Mixes, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Once your exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the process.
Returns
We currently accept returns only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or used
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
Refunds
If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
